STEP ONE
To start working with our immigration firm, the first step is to schedule a one-hour free consultation. During this session, your information will be evaluated, questions will be answered, and tailored guidance will be provided. This initial meeting is essential for outlining the best pathways for your immigration needs.

STEP TWO
The second step occurs only if you are qualified. At this stage, we will provide a client information sheet, retainer agreement, and a use of representation form. This documentation ensures we can effectively represent you before Immigration Refugee Citizenship Canada and clarifies the terms of our services.

STEP THREE
Step three involves one-on-one ongoing consultations to prepare and submit your immigration application. Throughout this process, we will work closely with you, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Our goal is to provide support and guidance, making the submission process as smooth as possible.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Nikta Aminian is an energetic entrepreneur and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). With a strong passion for helping others and strengthening her community, she founded Nikta Aminian Immigration & Citizenship Services in 2021. Since then, she has remained committed to delivering high-quality immigration services while respecting the unique background, goals, and experiences of every client. Nikta completed her undergraduate studies in Business Management at Humber College and her postgraduate studies in Canadian Immigration Law at private school Anderson College. She also graduated from the Community and Justice Services program at Humber College Lakeshore, where she received the Dean’s Honour in recognition of her academic excellence.
She is currently a fourth-year Justice Studies student at the University of Guelph-Humber, where she was awarded a significant entrance scholarship. Her academic and professional background reflects a deep commitment to service, ethics, and social impact. In addition to her consulting practice, Nikta actively supports the community through volunteer work, advocacy for human rights, and occasional philanthropic immigration services. Nikta Aminian also holds specialized certifications in Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans and Gender-Based Analysis Plus. These credentials further reflect her dedication to evidence-based practice, research ethics, and an intersectional understanding of how immigration policies can affect individuals differently based on their personal circumstances, background, and lived experiences.

We are pleased to announce that Nikta Aminian Immigration and Citizenship Services is an official service provider for ApplyBoard and Toronto High School. This company is committed to partnering with reputable and trustworthy organizations to ensure clients receive exceptional experiences and the highest standard of service. Nikta Aminian is currently completing Justice Studies placement at Canadian Standard Legal Services under the supervision of Bahman Roudgarnia Paralegal Member of Law Society of Ontario. This placement is paid, approved and supervised by University of Guelph Humber, with focus on matters related to the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB).
